This site, e2v.ai, is operated by EEE International LLC, 888 Prospect St Suite 200, La Jolla, CA 92037. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name and email address when you buy a bundle, join a waitlist or send us a message.
- Payment details. Card and wallet details are entered directly into Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. We keep the amount, the bundle, the payment reference and whether the download link was opened.
- Usage. Anonymous page views and link clicks, so we know which parts of the site are useful. We honour your browser's "Do Not Track" setting.
Why we use it
To deliver what you bought, to answer support requests, to handle refunds and disputes, to keep the site secure, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Who else is involved
We use a small number of processors to run the site: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and file storage), Cloudflare and Lovable (hosting), and Google Analytics (aggregate traffic). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Anonymous analytics are kept for up to 26 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of the UK and EEA have them under UK/EU GDPR. Email support@e2v.ai and we will reply within 30 days. We will never discriminate against you for making a request.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
