These terms are an agreement between you and EEE International LLC, 888 Prospect St Suite 200, La Jolla, CA 92037 ("we", "us"), covering your use of e2v.ai and anything you buy here. By buying, you accept them.
What we sell
e2v.ai sells digital guides and bundles — written PDF and web-based material you download and keep. Nothing sold here is a physical product, and nothing is a subscription. There is no ongoing charge: you pay once, for the bundle named on the checkout page.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and shown in full at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement will read EEE INTL* E2V. Compare-at prices show our regular list price; founder pricing is a genuine limited-time discount off it.
Delivery
Access is granted immediately after your payment is confirmed: your download link appears on the confirmation page and is emailed to the address you gave us. If it doesn't arrive within 15 minutes, email support@e2v.ai and we will resend it.
Refunds
Full refund within 7 days if the download link has not been used. Once the link is opened, the sale is final. The full policy is on the refunds page.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for yourself or your own business. You may not resell, republish, share your download link publicly, or use the material to build a competing product. We keep all copyright in what we wrote.
No guarantee of results
Our guides are educational. We make no promise of income, revenue, or any other result — outcomes depend on your own work, market and circumstances. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or professional advice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of San Diego County, California have exclusive jurisdiction.
